Sample Plans

Our plans are carefully drawn and fully coordinated to include all modular built and most site built assemblies. These drawings include plans to build the foundation, porticos, decks and in certain models, garages. Additional detailing shows how to construct the rakes, eaves, soffits and other miscellaneous trim requirements necessary to create the style of architecture selected for each model.

Some of the models provide further detailing of the interior.  These drawings detail interior columns, built-up molding systems, archways and other more complicated design suggestions. The construction of these items may or may not be within the Factories capability.  The Builder should be responsible for constructing these items to achieve the custom architectural look as designed. 

The detailing in our drawings will help minimize questions the factories and builders may have as to ‘what goes here’ or ‘how do I build that?’

Included with all models are electrical plans suggesting the locations of all major electrical fixtures and duplex locations.  Information on these plans may include the proposed locations of ceiling fans, central vacuum connecting points, fixture timers, dimmer switches, and cove lighting.

With our plans, your Builder will be able to quote a more accurate total construction cost than with lesser detailed plans. Leave nothing to chance.  The more information you provide the more accurate your cost of construction will be.
