CUTLER SERIES modular plans that are "AVAILABLE NOW" are for sale and have an estimated delivery time of seven working days. Call us if you need your plans sooner and we will customize shipping to better suit your requirements.

Modular Plans marked "AVAILABLE SOON" are undergoing our Construction Drawing Review Process and will be available for sale as soon as we are satisfied the plans have met our own very high standards.

If you have chosen a Modular Home Plan from THE CUTLER SERIES growing collection that will be "AVAILABLE SOON" please click on the red copy to the right of the illustration, submit your contact information and we will get back to you as soon as the plan becomes available for sale. There is absolutely no obligation to purchase this plan.

If we learn that a certain modular plan is a priority for a potential customer, we will move it to the front of the review process, making it available for sale within three to four weeks.
